Awakening - Challenges and Gifts
a bag of mixed emotions - but keep going.
Anyone that has gone through or started your inner awaking knows that it is a roller-coaster of mixed emotions and events. For me my first almost ten years started playful as well as a bit confused to what was happening. The next 10 years was my shadow period or I could also describe it as the time I returned to my self. It was some tough years with outer events happening. At the same time as I was shedding my old self and started to understand the journey a bit more.
Now I’m in what I hope to be the next long period of enjoying the work I’ve been through. Sharing my story and energy for anyone who is on the way. I’m at a place in life where I feel really peaceful, open and in tune or even in love with life.
The fun fact is that it has nothing to do with my outer circumstances, since they are not perfect on paper. It is something deeper, where my heart and soul is guiding me to what’s important for me in life, hand in hand with my purpose at this time.
When I started my inner journey I wasn’t searching for something. In fact I was living life and enjoying it. Then as the magic of energy has it, I was pushed by my body and soul through a string of events that I couldn’t logically explain. It got me curious about the world beyond our mind, ego and beliefs.
So, I started an eight year Master Class in dynamic transformational energy meditations that set me on an inner journey I feel so blessed to be on.
Here at Substack my goal is to share my journey, tools, energy, and events that I hope can be a guide on your way. To inspire, maybe entertain and hopefully help you on your way.
Since 2017 I’m hosting a podcast - Meditation Jam with Maria Rinné - with energy meditations and guests. In my latest episode I have the pleasure to be talking to Author, Lightworker and Soul Awakening guide April Ross. She shares parts of her journey of becoming in and open and heartfelt talk.
It is both inspiring to hear her story as well as helpful if you are on your way, maybe feeling stuck, or just to see how far you have come by recognize the similarities of your journey.
