Energy update 2 – 8 of June

My body is grounded, My spirit is free.

Welcome June! For us in the northern hemisphere we are really getting into the summer vibes with its long nights and warmer weather. As I was looking out yesterday evening around 10 pm it was still light (or dusk) and the water had a very special pinkish and green tone that lets me know it is summertime/light. Just beautiful!

Looking at the energy we start this first week of June with almost like an explosion of light and energy lifting your spirit, lifting your day. Allowing you to open your heart to joy, to life and feel happy about doing so. It is nothing you have to look for, it is there effortless once you step back from trying to micro manage your day. Stay open to the flow and allow joy, and ease to come into your day and enhance it with gratitude.
