It's finally happening!

Book-release 12 of June 2025

What a journey this have been! Going from feeling the book bubbling up through me, down on paper (or these days my computer), handed to the publishers and now waiting to have my first ex in my hands. It’s a bit unreal and so exciting.

I started writing Pure, Raw and Happy in Bali in 2019 on an energy adventure, but had a lot of drafts laying around at home with ideas and thoughts.

Then suddenly it all just took on its own life and became a 7-step self-help book of how to navigate a more joyful new way of life straight from the heart.

I’ve gone through all the tools myself and know that it works. I also know that it isn’t always as easy as it sounds. It takes dedication, trust and and a will to listen to that beautiful heart of yours. I hope this can help with inspiration and energy to keep going.

In the book I share parts of my journey together with energy that I’ve picked up around the world, that will be found both in the words and between the pages.

Looking back a bit further I feel the book started when I was on an energy journey in Kildare/Ireland with my then meditation teacher and a group. In one of the meditations I zoomed out from the words and saw this beautiful woman dressed in a white robe and bare feet that came up to me and for a moment I couldn’t decide if she was me or someone in front of me. It kept shifting. There where no words exchanged and at that point I had no idea who it was or why.

Luckily the group I traveled with were more updated about this and informed me about the meeting with Brigid, after I had describe the encounter more in detail. She has since been a lovely inspiration and energy source to carry with me.

I found myself drawn to Ireland after this and have been back a few times both on the east and west coast to open and connect with energies held in the land and places. Usually not very known places but off-road, and once in place totally amazing.

In the book I share some of these journeys, meditations and energy. All to open you to your wisdom and own Pure source withing for a Raw unfiltered communication beyond the layers of buzz that holds you back.
