MEDITATION JAM - Celebrate Life with guest Anita Chellamah - 9 of October 2022

Warm welcome to a new pod episode of “Meditation Jam with Maria Rinné”. I am so happy to share this beautiful and heartfelt talk I had with Artist and Addiction- and Trauma therapist Anita Chellamah. Anita was a female front figure in the 80’s rock scene, enjoying everything from being a dancer at Top of the Pops, acting, to singer in Toto Coelo and The Cherry Bombz, to being a presenter at Sky Channel when her life turned, and she found herself lost in addiction. Luckily, she has a strong inner anchor and reached out for help and now being over 30 years sober she is helping others through addiction and trauma as a therapist. She is based in London but works over the internet as well. Apart from listening to her amazing career I feel addiction is such an important subject both for those who are in it and anyone around loved once that are caught up in this disease and/or unhealthy behaviors. Listening to Anita gives hope, there is a way out even though at first it might be hard.
